Shipping costs are determined based on product weight (in kilograms or cubic volume) and delivery location. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost and estimated delivery date according to the logistics provider you choose during the shipping and payment process.
For orders using wooden packing, you may choose from several 3PL options: ID Express, JNE, Sicepat, Anteraja, and RPX.
How can I know if my order is in the shipping process? You can check the status of your order in the 'My Orders' section. If the order status changes to 'Order In Shipping', your order is in the shipping process.
What if the goods arrive when no one is at the location? If this happens, the logistics provider will attempt to re-deliver the goods. If the delivery fails three times, you will be contacted by the logistics provider.
